These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at dn999.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features operated under the DN999 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
DN999 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving members primarily in Malaysia, including players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other cities across the country. These Terms apply to all registered members regardless of their geographical location at the time of access.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms in their most current form.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration on DN999 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. DN999 will verify age during the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member is found to be under 21 years of age. Any funds associated with an account found to be in breach of this clause may be forfeited.
Strict 21+ Policy: DN999 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any attempt to register using false age information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds without exception.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. DN999 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and associated balances voided.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. DN999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify DN999 promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. DN999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify DN999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. DN999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate account security.
DN999 is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identity documentation including but not limited to: a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License; proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement); and a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by DN999 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. DN999 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of RM10 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Members will be notified via their registered email address prior to any fee being applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Member upon written request and successful KYC verification.
DN999 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. DN999 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice provided to Members. Members may also request voluntary deposit limits as part of our responsible gambling tools — please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for further details.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your account balance instantly. FPX bank transfers and direct online banking deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. DN999 reserves the right to refuse or return deposits made from third-party accounts. Making deposits on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from payment methods registered to another individual, is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. DN999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Member's name.
Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. FPX bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing times may extend to 24 hours. DN999 will notify affected Members where processing delays are anticipated.
Minimum withdrawal per request is RM50. Daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier. Standard members may withdraw up to RM10,000 per day; Gold tier and above may withdraw higher amounts as specified within the VIP Programme terms. Withdrawal limits may be subject to review and adjustment based on account verification status and transaction history.
Where a Member's account balance includes Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, the withdrawal of real-money funds may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated at the time each bonus is offered.
All bonuses and promotions offered by DN999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. DN999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for welcome and reload bonuses is disclosed at the time the promotion is offered. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus amounts and any winnings derived from those funds will be removed from the Member's balance without prior notice.
Members who refer new players to DN999 through the official referral programme are eligible to earn referral bonuses subject to the programme terms in effect at the time. Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred player successfully registers, completes KYC, and meets the minimum deposit requirement. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport as displayed at the time of the wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or bet settlement, DN999 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the Member's balance.
DN999 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major international competitions. All odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds displayed at the time of placement are the final odds applied to that wager.
DN999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or where there is sufficient evidence of fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or abuse of in-play betting systems. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.
All live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. Results from live tables are final once the round is completed. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically result in a refund; outcomes are determined by the game result at the time of the disconnection, provided the bet was successfully registered prior to the disconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the DN999 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from DN999.
Third-party game providers whose titles are featured on the Platform retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. DN999 operates those games under valid licensing arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DN999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. DN999's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
DN999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
DN999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; a request by the Member for self-exclusion; or a regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds (including those subject to pending wagering requirements) will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following successful identity verification, subject to any outstanding investigations or legal obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as designated by DN999 from time to time. DN999 will endeavour to resolve all Member disputes fairly and expeditiously through its internal dispute resolution process before any escalation is required.
DN999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, DN999 will notify registered Members via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
